Breakdown Procedure:- What to do
In the event of a breakdown you can contact us by the following methods:-
Telephone: 01369 706446 (24 hours)
You will be asked:-
- Either your boat name of membership number
- Your current contact details
- Your position
- If you are in danger? If so you must contact HM Coastguard without delay on Channel 16 or by daling 999
- If you are making way / drifting / anchored / moored
- Can you anchor
- Description of problem
- How many people onboard
We will then log a breakdown call for you and you will be given an ETA.

Our rib is MCA coded for Cat 3 (20 miles off shore) with the exception of night time when we are limited to 3 miles off shore. Due to the shape of the Clyde area, this only shows one small area in which we are not allowed to 'work' in during darkness hours - please see map.
